Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Return Policy
If your order arrived damaged, please send a photo of the broken item to: info@connectedcandles.com along with your Order Number, First and Last name of the person who sent you this gift, and your Shipping Address within 30 days of delivery. Once received we will ship out a replacement order.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery on new and unused products. Shipping fees are not refundable on returns and returner is responsible for return shipping fees. Please notify info@connectedcandles.com to initiate a return.
